Corn Souffle

Ingredients:
Large can creamed corn
Large can regular corn (drained)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix everything except cheese and place in a greased 9x9" pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven . Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 20 minutes.

Serves 8.
