Salsa

Ingredients:
3 cans of tomatoes, stewed
½ bunch of cilantro (remove tough stems)
2 small onions
2-8 jalapenos (start with 4 and taste then add)
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Remove stems of Jalapenos and place in pan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes; let cool. Puree half ingredients in blender or food processor. Taste and add more jalapenos if desired. Puree remainder of ingredients and add together, adding a dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder (according to taste).

Refrigerate and serve with chips.

NOTE: Jalapenos can be added to processor without being boiled first, either way is ok.
