Cook sea shells as package directs; drain. Rinse with cold water;
drain.
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, dill
weed and salt; mix well. Add cucumber, carrots, shrimp and pasta;
mix well.
Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight.
